Our mission

Opportunity, not just assistance.

We help teens pursue the arts long term by connecting them with practical opportunities, preparation and community, and by putting teens in real leadership roles where they organize, create and take initiative.

01

Arts access

Help teens pursue the arts long term by connecting them with practical opportunities, preparation and community.

02

Opportunity

Support teens who may lack financial resources, family support or access to industry guidance.

03

Teen leadership

Put teens in meaningful roles where they organize, create, communicate and take initiative.

What the program funds

Practical support for real careers

Funds raised through our events support competitive scholarships for approved arts and career-preparation opportunities.

Professional preparation

Industry-related opportunities that help teens prepare for auditions, performances and creative careers.

Access to resources

Support for eligible opportunities such as professional headshots, training and other approved career-preparation needs.

Competitive scholarships

Teens apply for scholarship support. Awards are determined through a clear process established with the Foundation.

How scholarships work

Applied for. Competed for. Earned.

i

Teens apply

Applicants explain the opportunity they’re pursuing, what support they need and why it matters to their goals.

ii

Awards are competitive

Awards are based on criteria established and approved by the Foundation, not simply handed out.

iii

Support is practical

With Foundation approval, awards can help with eligible headshots, classes, workshops or other career preparation.

Who it’s for

  • Teens committed to pursuing the arts long term
  • Teens whose families can’t fully fund industry-related opportunities
  • Teens with talent and drive but limited support, guidance or access

Our commitments

  • The focus is opportunity and initiative, not only financial need
  • Recipients never have to publicly disclose personal financial circumstances
  • The Foundation determines eligibility, award amounts and administration
